With Good Build Superstore, Jack developed the business case, briefs, and launch plan for a complex project featuring 100,000+ products and new buying tools. He built the team, led the design and development process, and created the delivery framework, steering the business in a new direction with a unique purchasing journey. Jack also integrated customer review tools and oversaw the adoption of a new email platform.

Facilitating £2.6m of Sales

With CMO Group PLC, Jack identified and built the business case to modernise payments across eight national superstores. Leading the project end-to-end, he launched Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Within the first year, these new payment methods facilitated £2.6M in transactions, improving convenience for customers and efficiency for the business.

A Digital Home for Plymouth's Youth Football Community

YMCA All Saints FC needed a professional online presence to represent their thriving youth football organisation.

With 25 teams and over 250 young players, the club required a platform that could showcase their impact while highlighting sponsor partnerships.

With Plymouth City Council, Jack worked alongside the Programme Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver a strategic plan for a modernised library service. This included a new organisational structure and Council decisions on library closures and new builds, ensuring impact assessments were considered while supporting officers to manage expectations on a complex public service project.

Brand and Site Development

With Wheeler Education, Harri Digital redeveloped the complete brand identity and built an entirely new website to support Marc
Wheeler's specialist educational consultancy. The project included setting up comprehensive analytical tools to track engagement and conversions. Harri Digital also created engaging social media creative for LinkedIn and Facebook posts, helping to raise awareness of the consultancy's assessment services and establish Marc's expertise in the SEND education sector.

WH Cricket

With WH Cricket, Jack led the full definition, design, and build of the brand and website, while securing key commercial partnerships.

He controlled a launch campaign that achieved 1.1m Instagram views and backing from the England Women’s Team. Jack developed a global membership scheme, launched the academy, drove sales via partners, and built a network of 50 grassroots cricket clubs.
