eCommerce That Sells

We believe in building online stores that convert browsers into buyers.

Every eCommerce project is different, and we adapt to what you need. Whether it's a Shopify storefront, a WooCommerce build, or a full custom platform - we scale our approach to match your ambition. No store is too small or too complex.
Case Studies

We start by understanding your customers

Your products deserve the right audience. We dig into your market, competitors, and ideal buyer to shape an experience that speaks directly to the people most likely to purchase. From user journeys to checkout flows, every decision is grounded in what actually drives sales.

We build the perfect store for your brand

Based on your requirements, product range, and growth plans, we select the right platform and design a store that feels unmistakably yours. You'll have dedicated designers and developers working exclusively on your project, with direct access throughout.

We bring your store to life

With strategy locked in and expectations clear, we build, test, and refine. You'll have full visibility to review progress and provide feedback. Rigorous testing across devices and payment systems ensures a flawless launch.

We don't 'launch and leave'

Post-launch, we track performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase conversions. If sales are growing, we help you scale. If something's underperforming, we analyse the data and optimise together.

Our Capabilities

01

Custom Storefront Design

Your store should feel like your brand, not a template. We design bespoke shopping experiences that reflect your identity and make customers want to stay, browse, and buy.

02

Platform Development

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or fully custom - we build on the platform that fits your business. No pushing you toward what's easiest for us; only what's right for you.

03

Payment & Checkout Optimisation

Cart abandonment kills revenue. We streamline your checkout process, integrate trusted payment gateways, and remove every unnecessary friction point between browsing and buying.

04

Product & Inventory Systems

From a handful of products to thousands of SKUs with complex variants, we set up systems that make managing your catalogue straightforward - synced with your fulfilment and stock management.

With Savvy+, we established relationships with over 150 suppliers, and automated inventory levels for over 40,000 SKUs.

05

Performance & Growth

Speed matters. SEO matters. We build fast-loading stores optimised for search engines, then help you track what's working and scale what converts.

How much does an eCommerce site cost?

It varies based on complexity. A straightforward online store with standard features typically starts from around £3,000. Larger catalogues, custom functionality, bespoke integrations, or advanced product configurations will increase the investment. We'll scope your project properly before quoting and give you a clear breakdown - no vague estimates or surprise invoices. If budget is a concern, we can also suggest ways to phase the build over time.

Which platform do you recommend?

It depends on your business, not our preferences. Shopify is excellent for speed, simplicity, and reliability - ideal if you want to focus on selling rather than managing technology. WooCommerce offers more flexibility and works well if you already have a WordPress site or need custom functionality without ongoing platform fees. For larger or more complex operations, Magento or bespoke solutions might be appropriate. We'll recommend what fits your products, budget, and growth plans - not what's easiest for us to build.

Do you work with clubs outside of Devon?

Yes, we work with eCommerce businesses across the UK and beyond. Online stores are online by nature - most of our communication happens through video calls, email, and collaborative tools regardless of where you're based. We've successfully delivered projects for clients we've never met in person. If you'd prefer a face-to-face meeting at any stage, we can arrange that too.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Yes. Whether you're moving from one platform to another, upgrading an outdated setup, or consolidating multiple stores into one, we handle migrations carefully to protect your products, customers, order history, and SEO. We plan the transition to minimise downtime and make sure nothing gets lost along the way. If you're unsure whether migration is the right move, we're happy to assess your current setup and advise on the best path forward.
