How much does project management support cost?
It depends on the scope and intensity of the project. For lighter-touch oversight and coordination, we offer day rates or monthly retainers starting from around £500 per month. For hands-on project leadership requiring significant time, costs scale accordingly. We'll discuss what level of involvement makes sense for your situation and give you a clear proposal - no ambiguity about what you're getting or what it costs. Can you manage projects alongside our internal team?
Yes, and this is often the most effective way to work. We integrate with your existing team rather than replacing them - providing structure, accountability, and momentum while your people contribute their expertise and knowledge of the business. We can lead the project entirely, co-manage with an internal lead, or simply provide oversight and support. We'll flex to whatever arrangement gets the best results without treading on toes.
Do you work with clients outside of Devon?
Yes. Project management is naturally suited to remote working - regular video calls, shared project boards, and clear documentation keep everyone aligned regardless of location. We work with clients across the UK and have successfully delivered projects without ever meeting the team in person. That said, if your project benefits from on-site sessions or workshops, we can absolutely accommodate that.
What size of project do you typically take on?
