Launch Smarter. Grow Faster.

We believe in giving startups the foundation to succeed.

Every startup is different, and we adapt to what you need. Whether it's a brand identity, a launch-ready website, or a full go-to-market strategy - we scale our approach to match your stage and budget. No idea is too early or too ambitious.
Case Studies

We start by understanding your vision

You know your idea better than anyone. We take time to understand what you're building, who it's for, and what success looks like. From market positioning to messaging, every decision is grounded in where you're trying to go - not just where you are today.

We build the right foundations for your stage

Based on your priorities, timeline, and budget, we recommend what to tackle first and what can wait. You'll work directly with our team - no junior handoffs or endless back-and-forth. We move at startup pace because we know momentum matters.

We bring your brand to life

With the strategy agreed, we design, build, and launch. You'll have full visibility throughout, with regular check-ins to review progress. Everything we deliver is yours to own - no lock-ins, no dependencies, just assets you can grow with.

We don't 'launch and leave'

Post-launch, we help you understand what's working and where to focus next. Getting traction? Let's double down. Something not landing? We'll analyse and adjust together. Your early months matter - we stick around to help you navigate them.

Our Capabilities

01

Brand Identity & Positioning

First impressions count. We help you define who you are, what you stand for, and how you look - creating logos, colour palettes, and brand guidelines that make you memorable and build trust from the start.

02

Website Design & Development

Your website is often your first salesperson. We build clean, fast, conversion-focused sites that communicate your value clearly - whether that's a simple landing page or a full platform ready to scale.

With Wheeler Education, we developed a website, branding and marketing assets in just 6 weeks.

03

Social Media Setup & Strategy

Being present isn't enough. We set up your profiles properly, develop a content approach that fits your capacity, and help you build an audience that actually cares about what you're creating.

04

Audience & Market Research

Assumptions are risky. We help you understand who your customers really are, what they need, and how they make decisions - so your messaging, product, and marketing hit the mark from the beginning.

05

General Business Support

Sometimes you just need someone to talk it through with. We offer honest advice on everything from pricing and partnerships to pitching and priorities - the stuff that doesn't fit neatly into a deliverable but makes all the difference.

How much does startup branding and a website cost?

For a complete brand identity - logo, colour palette, typography, and basic guidelines - you're typically looking at £1,500 to £3,000 depending on complexity. A launch-ready website starts from around £2,000 for a focused landing page or simple site, scaling up for more advanced functionality. We often bundle branding and web together for startups, which can be more cost-effective. We'll always be upfront about costs and can phase work to match your runway if needed.

I'm pre-revenue - can you still help?

Absolutely. Many of the startups we work with come to us before they've made a single sale. In fact, that's often the best time - getting your brand, positioning, and online presence right from the start means you're not fixing mistakes later. We'll work within your budget, help you prioritise what matters most at your stage, and avoid recommending things you don't actually need yet. We've been around startups long enough to know that cash flow is everything early on.

Do you work with startups outside of Devon?

Yes. We work with founders across the UK and occasionally further afield. Startups move fast and so do we - video calls, Slack, and shared documents mean we can collaborate just as effectively whether you're in Exeter or Edinburgh. Being remote-friendly is part of how we work, not an afterthought. If you'd like to meet in person at some point, we can arrange that too.

Can you help me prepare for investor meetings?

We can help with the visual and strategic side of things. That includes pitch deck design, refining how you present your story and value proposition, and making sure your brand and website look credible when investors inevitably check you out. We won't write your financial projections or pretend to be fundraising experts, but we can make sure you walk into meetings looking like a business worth backing - and help you articulate why you are.
