Our EDI Values

01

Building diverse networks

We actively seek out talented people from different backgrounds when we're looking for collaborators. The digital industry can sometimes feel like a closed network, where opportunities go to the same people. We make an effort to look beyond our immediate circles and connect with specialists who bring different perspectives and experiences. We believe this makes our work stronger and helps us better serve the diverse communities our clients work with.

02

Creating accessible opportunities

We're flexible about how and when work gets done, so we can work with people who have different needs or circumstances. Whether that's accommodating different time zones, working around caring responsibilities, or adapting our communication methods, we try to remove unnecessary barriers. Remote work is standard for us, and we understand that people work best in different ways. We focus on the quality of the output, not rigid schedules.

03

Listening and learning

We stay open to feedback and committed to doing better, even when we get things wrong. We're not perfect, and we don't claim to have all the answers. If someone tells us we've missed something or could approach things differently, we listen. The landscape around equality and inclusion is always evolving, and we're committed to evolving with it rather than assuming we've got it all figured out.

04

Fair treatment

We pay fairly, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect - from the freelancers we collaborate with to the clients we serve. Fair pay means recognising the value of people's expertise and not undercutting professionals because we can. Clear communication means being upfront about expectations, timelines, and budgets. Respect means valuing people's time, responding promptly, and treating every interaction professionally, regardless of the size of the project or organisation.

05

Where We're At

We're honest about where we are. We're a small business without formal policies, but we're committed to fairness and inclusion in everything we do. As we grow, we'll keep these principles at the heart of how we work.
