A Safe Pair of Hands for Your Business

We believe every business deserves support that goes beyond just digital.

Whether you're overwhelmed by the day-to-day, navigating a period of change, or simply need someone sensible to help you think things through, our approach is designed to understand your challenges, bring clarity, and help you move forward with confidence.
Case Studies

We start by understanding your business

Before we suggest anything, we listen. We take time to understand how your business runs, where you're spending your energy, and what's keeping you up at night. Sometimes the real problem isn't the one you called us about - and we'll be honest if that's the case.

We help you see the bigger picture

When you're deep in the day-to-day, it's hard to step back. We help you get perspective - identifying what's working, what's draining your time, and where the real opportunities lie. No jargon or complicated frameworks, just practical thinking that makes sense for your situation.

We roll up our sleeves and help

We're not just advisors who hand over a report and disappear. If you need hands-on support - whether that's improving a process, setting up a system, or simply getting something done - we get stuck in alongside you. Your problems become our problems.

We stay in your corner

Business doesn't stand still, and neither do we. Whether you need ongoing support or occasional check-ins, we're here as a trusted partner you can call on. Someone who knows your business, understands your goals, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Our Capabilities

01

Business Planning & Goal Setting

It's hard to get where you're going without knowing the destination. We help you define clear goals, break them into practical steps, and create plans you'll actually follow - not documents that gather dust in a drawer.

02

Operations & Process Improvement

If things feel harder than they should, they probably are. We help you identify bottlenecks, streamline how work gets done, and free up time so you can focus on what actually matters - running and growing your business.

03

Systems, Tools & Ways of Working

The right tools make everything easier. We help you choose, set up, and actually use systems for project management, communication, scheduling, and more - without overcomplicating things or recommending software you don't need.

04

Decision Support & Sounding Board

Sometimes you just need someone to talk it through with. We provide honest, objective input on the decisions you're facing - whether that's hiring, investment, partnerships, or pivoting direction. No agenda, just straight advice.

05

Filling the Gaps

Not every business has a team to lean on. We step in where you need us - whether that's a specific project, a busy period, or an ongoing role that doesn't justify a full hire. Flexible support that fits around you.

How much does business support cost?

It depends on the level of involvement. A one-off session to talk through a specific challenge might be a few hundred pounds. Ongoing support typically works as a monthly retainer, starting from around £400 per month for lighter-touch involvement and scaling up if you need more hands-on help. We'll discuss what you actually need and agree on something that fits your budget - no locking you into more than makes sense.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Mostly small and medium-sized businesses - the kind where the owner is still close to the day-to-day and feels the pressure of juggling everything. We've worked with trades, professional services, hospitality, eCommerce, startups, and more. The common thread is business owners who want practical support from someone who gets it, not corporate consultancy that feels disconnected from reality.

Do you work with clients outside of Devon?

Yes. While we're based in Devon and love working with local businesses, most of our support happens through video calls, phone conversations, and shared documents. We work with clients across the UK, and distance has never been a barrier to building a strong working relationship. If meeting in person would help, we can arrange that too.

How is this different from business coaching?

Coaching is typically about helping you find your own answers through questioning and reflection. That has its place, but sometimes you just need someone to roll up their sleeves and help. We offer practical, hands-on support - we'll advise, yes, but we'll also do. If a process needs fixing, we'll fix it with you. If a system needs setting up, we'll set it up. Think of us as a partner who works alongside you, not someone who watches from the sidelines.
