WHY IT MATTERS

Websites built to do a job, not just look the part.

You want to attract new supporters, keep your loyal ones happy, and build the club.

Most clubs' websites are an afterthought. A Facebook page, a WhatsApp group, maybe a template the club secretary's nephew built in 2021. Which is fine until you are trying to publish fixtures, sell season tickets, pitch to a sponsor, or actually convert the people following you on social into supporters who turn up and pay.

We build websites for clubs that do real work. Harri Digital is a Plymouth-based studio working with grassroots clubs, academies, leagues and associations across the UK.

who we work with

Sports Clubs, Teams, Boards and Academies

We work with clubs at every level, from Sunday league sides to academies with hundreds of players. The structure of the site changes depending on what you need it to do.

Grassroots Clubs

Single-team sites built around your club, your story and your fixtures. Team photo above the fold, fixtures and results front and centre, and a supporters signup that actually gets used. Suitable for Sunday league, junior and established clubs.

Multi-Team Clubs

Multi-squad sites with proper team pages, player spotlights, full fixture archives and sponsor integration. Designed for the reality of rotating squads and a site that outlasts them.

Coaches & Academies

Sites built around your coaching, not just a first team. Embedded session and highlight videos, booking integration, programme delivery, and contact forms for trials and enquiries.

Leagues & Associations

Member club directories, season calendars, league news, club registration pages and results-ready standings pages. Built to make a league look like a proper organisation.

Sports Coaching & Hire Services

Corporate sports days, kids' parties and private hire coaching. Showreel above the fold, package pricing, availability calendar, video testimonials, and an enquiry form that qualifies leads.

Sports Venues and Facility Hire

Venue sites with booking calendars, facility integrations, capacity and pitch spec pages for hiring clubs, and clear booking pathways for leagues and tournaments with pre-season email capture.

A club that looks the part gets taken seriously - by sponsors, parents and the league watching who's actually building something. The website is where that first impression gets made or lost.

Our process

A four-step process that takes most club websites from brief to launch in 3-5 weeks.

Discovery and strategy.

We start with a call to understand where your club is, who your supporters are, what the site needs to achieve, and what platforms you're already using.

Design.

We design the homepage and one or two key inner pages first, get sign-off, then build out the full site. You see the work in stages, no big reveals at the end.

Build and integrations.

We build the site, connect the fixtures and results feed, set up the supporters mailing list, integrate sponsors and ticketing.

Launch and handover.

We launch the site, train you on how to update it yourself, and provide a short guide for the parts you'll touch most often.

why us

Why work with Harri Digital

We are not a sports marketing agency that has tried to scale into a hundred different sectors. We're a studio that has built websites for grassroots clubs and we understand the actual problems.

We build on platforms you can maintain yourself between seasons. We design for the reality that your needs change every season. We're honest about when you don't need a custom site at all.

Harri Digital is King's Trust supported business and based in Plymouth, working with clubs across the UK - football, cricket, athletics and padel.

pricing

Fixed quotes, no surprises

We work to fixed quotes rather than hourly rates. Club website projects typically fall into three brackets.

Single club starter site (5 to 8 pages): suitable for grassroots clubs who need a proper home base that does the essentials well. Fixtures, results, contact, mailing list, basic club info. Around three weeks to launch.

Full club site (8 to 15 pages): the most common project size, covering everything in the starter plus team pages, sponsor integration, blog or news section, and tailored landing pages for fundraising or campaigns. Around four to five weeks to launch.

League, academy or multi-team site (15+ pages): directory sites, tournament sites with fixtures and schedule, league sites with multiple club pages, or multi-team clubs with full squad profiles and archive. Five to eight weeks depending on integrations.

Send us your brief and we will come back with a fixed price within 24 hours. No call required unless you want one.

questions

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about websites for clubs and teams on design, pricing, turnaround and our process. If yours is not here, send us a message.
How much does a sports club website cost in the UK?

It depends on the size of the project - we work to fixed quotes, not hourly rates, so there's no single number that fits every club. Most projects fall into one of three brackets (see Pricing above), and we'll come back with a fixed price within 24 hours of seeing your brief.

How long does it take to build a club website?

Most starter sites launch in around three weeks. Full club sites typically take four to five weeks, and larger league, academy or multi-team sites take five to eight weeks depending on integrations.

What platform do you build on?

Depends on the brief. Shopify if you need a club shop, WordPress or a custom build for content-heavy sites, bespoke code for anything that needs to do something unusual. We'll recommend what's right for your club, not what's easiest for us.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a training session and a short guide covering the parts you'll touch most often - fixtures, news, results - so you're not stuck waiting on us for routine updates.
