Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes, after a short paid audit so we know what we’re adopting. No blind adoptions.
What counts as a “small change”?
Anything inside your plan’s monthly allowance: copy tweaks, new pages from existing templates, plugin swaps. Bigger jobs get a friendly fixed quote.
What happens if the site goes down at the weekend?
Monitoring wakes us, not you. Emergency response terms depend on plan level and we’ll be straight about them before you sign.
Are we locked in?
No. Rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice, and everything stays yours.
Do you do hosting?
We’ll arrange and manage Hosted Green hosting for you, or work with what you’ve got.
