Fixed scope, fixed price

Web Development

A website that works properly - and one you’ll actually understand.

Fast, accessible, well-built websites for clubs, charities and businesses. Designed and built by the same senior team from first call to launch, with real documentation, not just a login and a wave goodbye.

How we scope

Fixed

Price and scope, agreed before we write a line of code.

Who builds it

Zero

Account managers between you and the person doing the work.

Standard

AA

Accessible by default, not bolted on after launch.

What’s included

Our web development process: five stages, no surprises.

The same process whether it’s a five-page marketing site or something bigger. Curious what that actually looks like day to day? We wrote about it →

Discovery & scoping

We start with the problem, not the platform. A short call, a clear brief, a fixed quote.

Expert Design

Custom design in the same system we use for our own products, not a template wearing your logo.

Build

Clean, accessible, fast. Built to modern standards, not just “good enough to launch.”

Launch & handover

Real training, real documentation. You’ll know how to update it yourself.

Post-launch care

Ongoing support if you want it. No obligation if you don’t.

If it's worth building at all, it's worth building properly - that's the only standard we know how to work to, whatever the project.

Why Harri Digital

Web development, held to product-studio standards.

We don’t run a client team and a “real” team. It’s the same standard, every time.

Same senior team, start to finish

No junior handoff halfway through. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Product-studio discipline

The same care that goes into Pitch and The Bridge of Lights goes into your build. We hold client work to the same bar as our own.

No middle-management markup

You’re not paying for account managers relaying messages. You talk directly to the person doing the work.

Tools, not allegiances

Shopify, WordPress or bespoke. We’ll tell you which, and why.

Shopify

We run our own Shopify sites, stores are home turf.

If you’re selling online, Shopify does the heavy lifting brilliantly, and we know exactly where its edges are.

WordPress

For content-heavy sites your team edits daily.

Blogs, news, courses, campaign pages: when your people need to publish without phoning a developer, this is usually the answer.

Bespoke

When the off-the-shelf options would fight you forever.

Some briefs just don’t fit a box. We build custom when custom is genuinely cheaper than a lifetime of workarounds.

We’ll recommend what’s right for you, not what’s easiest for us.

Questions

Web development questions, answered.

How long does a typical build take?

Most marketing sites take 4–6 weeks from signed-off design to launch. Bigger builds (stores, membership platforms, bespoke tools) take longer, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.

Do we own the code and content afterwards?

Yes. It’s yours: the code, the content, the domain, all of it. We’re not interested in holding a site hostage to keep you as a client.

What if we need changes after launch?

Go it alone with the documentation and training we give you, bring in another developer, or take one of our ongoing care plans. Whatever suits you: there’s no lock-in either way.
See Post-launch Care →

What platforms do you build on?

Depends on the brief. Shopify for stores, WordPress or a custom build for content-heavy sites, bespoke code for anything that needs to do something unusual. We’ll recommend what’s right for you, not what’s easiest for us.

Do you work with a fixed budget?

Yes: tell us what you’ve got to work with and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic for it, rather than quietly scoping something bigger and hoping you don’t notice.
