We look beyond our immediate circles when we pick collaborators. The digital industry can be a closed loop; we choose not to be.
02. Creating accessible opportunities
Remote by default, flexible about hours, time zones, caring responsibilities and ways of working. We judge output, not attendance.
03. Listening and learning
We’re not perfect and we don’t claim to be. Tell us we’ve missed something and we’ll listen, then do better.
04. Fair treatment
Fair pay, clear communication and respect, for freelancers and clients alike, whatever the size of the project.
05. Where we’re at
We’re honest: we’re a small business without formal policies yet. But fairness and inclusion are in how we work every day, and they’ll grow with us.
