WHY IT MATTERS
Presentations built to do a job, not just look the part.
Cramped text, off-brand colours, charts no one can read at the back of the room.
what we cover
Types of presentations we design
We design every kind of slide deck. Structure, tone and visual approach changes depending on who you are presenting to, so we tailor every project to its format.
Investor Pitch Decks
Seed, Series A and angel round decks built to survive a cold read. Clear narrative, strong traction slides, designed to raise.
University Presentations
Dissertations, viva defences, conference papers and lecture decks. Dense research turned into slides that support what you are saying.
Sales and Proposal Decks
Bid responses, client pitches and tender presentations. Built to be skimmed by a panel and presented in a meeting room.
Conference and Keynote
Stage decks for industry events, awards and company conferences. Designed for large screens and low light.
Board and Stakeholder Updates
Quarterly board packs, trustee updates and shareholder briefings. Clean, data-led and easy to scan.
Training and Onboarding Decks
Staff training, induction packs and process documentation built to your existing brand template.
Charity and Funding Bids
Grant applications, trustee recruitment and supporter decks for charities, CICs and community groups.
Webinar Presentations
Decks built for screen-share with pacing and visual hierarchy tuned for camera-based delivery.
Our presentation design process
A four-step process that takes most projects from brief to final files in seven to ten working days.
Brief and content review
You send us what you have, whether that is a draft deck, a Word document or scattered notes. We review the content, audience and outcome, then send back a fixed quote and timeline.
Structure and storyboard
Before any design work we agree the running order. This is where most presentations are won or lost. We mark up the narrative arc, identify weak sections, and flag anything that needs rewriting.
Design
We design a master template first, sign that off, then build out the full deck. You see the work in stages so there are no surprises at the end.
Handover
You receive editable PowerPoint, Canva or Google Slides files, a PDF version, and a short walkthrough of how the template works so your team can update it later.

why us
Why work with Harri Digital
We are a small studio, which means you deal directly with the people doing the work. No account managers, no offshore design teams, no waiting three days for a question to be answered.
We have designed presentations for founders raising seed rounds, charities applying for six-figure grants, academics presenting at international conferences, and businesses pitching for public sector contracts. The common thread is that we treat the presentation as a tool to achieve something specific, not a design exercise.
Harri Digital is King's Trust funded and based in Plymouth, working with clients across the UK.
pricing
Fixed quotes, no surprises
We work to fixed quotes rather than hourly rates. Most projects fall into one of three brackets:
- Short decks up to 15 slides, typically suited to investor pitches, conference talks and sales presentations. Turnaround around five working days.
- Standard decks of 15 to 30 slides, the most common project size covering board packs, full investor decks, training material and capability documents.
- Long-form decks of 30 slides and over, detailed onboarding, complex training material, or multi-audience decks split into sections.
Send us your brief and we will come back with a fixed price within 24 hours. No call required unless you want one.
questions
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about presentation design, pricing, turnaround and our process. If yours is not here, send us a message.
How much does presentation design cost in the UK?
Professional presentation design in the UK typically ranges from around £40 to £100 per slide for agency-quality work, depending on complexity, data visualisation requirements and turnaround. Most full decks fall between £800 and £3,500. We quote on the whole project rather than per slide so you know the cost upfront.
How long does it take to design a presentation?
Most decks take seven to ten working days from brief to final files. Urgent turnarounds of two to three days are possible at short notice, depending on capacity. We will always be straight with you about whether your deadline is doable before you commit.
Do you design in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides?
All three. PowerPoint is the most common request for business and academic work. Keynote tends to come up for keynote speakers and Apple-first teams. Google Slides suits clients who need live collaboration across multiple offices.
Can you redesign an existing presentation?
Yes. Redesigns are some of our most common projects. Send us your current deck and we will send back a quote for restructuring and rebuilding it.
Will I get editable files I can update myself?
Always. You own the final files outright, including the master template, so your team can add new slides and update content without coming back to us.
Do you write the content as well as design the slides?
We focus on structure and design rather than writing from scratch, but we will tighten and edit your content as part of the design process. For investor pitch decks and grant applications, we can recommend specialist copywriters if needed.
Can you work to a tight deadline?
Often, yes. Send us the brief and the deadline and we will be straight with you about whether it is doable. We have turned full investor decks around in 48 hours when needed.
